Charlotte has a track record in creating award-winning, popular and innovative content across the unscripted genres. She originated the RTS award-winning series The Dog House – a highly successful returning documentary format for Channel 4, now in its fifth series.  She joins Mothership from Five Mile Films where she also developed The Simpler Life, a bold social experiment, and The Dog Academy an 8pm format for Channel 4 and premium documentary The Vanishing Triangle for SKY.

Charlotte has been a documentary commissioning editor at Channel 4 and SKY where her credits include The Write Offs, My Family Secret and Losing It, all of which were BAFTA nominated and the popular factual series The Great British School Swap. She developed and produced The Apprentice, The Choir, The Auction House and When Michael Portillo Became a Single Mum in her early career.
