Launched by Kelly Webb-Lamb, former Deputy Director of Programmes at C4, with a top team of brilliant and talented women – Gudren Claire as Director of Production, Avril Spary as Development Executive and Katy Goddard as Production Exec – Mothership’s aim is to grow a slate of global formats, working with all the major broadcasters and platforms, both in the UK and around the world.

The core Mothership team have decades of experience creating, selling, producing and commissioning many of the biggest unscripted hits in British tv, including The Apprentice, Hunted, The Island with Bear Grylls, Bake Off, Murder in Successville, Gogglebox, The Circle, Old People’s Home for 4 Year Olds and Got to Dance.

We have worked with a huge variety of both established and new talent, including Emma Willis, Sandi Toksvig, Sophie Willan, Mo Gilligan, Jamie Oliver, Lord Sugar, Paul Hollywood, Mary Portas, Prue Leith, Gordon Ramsay, Bear Grylls, Matt Lucas, Yinka Bokkini, Alice Levine, Noel Fielding, and Ashley Banjo.
